Common questions

How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, logs, lists and photos within 30 days.

How do I download my diary?
Settings → Export my diary gives you a spreadsheet of every log.

How do I make my account private?
Settings → Private account. Only approved followers will see your logs and lists.

How do I report a post or user?
Tap the ··· menu on any log, comment or profile and choose Report. We review reports within 24 hours.

How do I cancel Noshdex Pro?
Pro is billed through Apple. On your iPhone, go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Noshdex. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
